Consuelo processes behind the statue of Our Lady of Sorrows in Valletta – no doubt having cast herself in the same role – while her shag lights up L-Gholja tas-Salib to celebrate the risen Christ and boasts that this year his gholja attracted more worshippers than ever before – and without mobile lavatories, too.

Not content with all these shows of piety while bouncing around in bed with a married magistrate after having been thrown out of the house by his own wife for cheating on her with that same magistrate, here’s our hero Robert on Facebook, preaching against cohabitation when he’s not just a cohabitee himself but a double adulterer too.

Il-vera tlaqna, jahasra.

Robert Musumeci
Jes – jekk se nippermettu il-koabitazzjoni, x’se naghmlu bil-kuxjenza u t-twemmin?

    Maybe he’s a born-again virgin.

  2. Nikki says:

Is this guy serious? “GHANDU DEJJEM JINZAMM IR-RISPETT U D-DICENZA” Yeah right!

Robert Musumeci: WIEHED GHANDU DRITT MA JAQBILX MA DAK LI JKUN IMMA GHANDU DEJJEM JINZAMM IR-RISPETT U D-DICENZA. IL-VANDALIZMU FUQ IL-BILLBOARDS TAL-PAPA MATUL IL-LEJL LI GHADDA JITFA’ SINJAL NEGATTIV HAFNA.

  3. C Falzon says:

Well you see there is a certain logic to it, cohabitation is only a ‘bad thing’ if the cohabitees are unmaried.
But both the architect and the magistrate are married so no problem there.

  4. Coach tal-Paramount says:

Re the picture caption: Robert should get Jason to wean Cons off the kind of pants-and-short-jacket suit she wore to court this morning. At least we were spared the bandana.

    • TROY says:

Jason was at Valletta Waterfront yesterday with his gang of Super One coconuts at 9pm. Maybe they were analyzing his election strategy, because Anna Bonnet was with the gang.

  5. The Bus Conductor says:

Herrera testified (lied) under oath when she said that Assistant Commissioner Michael Cassar sent her drinks.

Herrera AGAIN testified (lied) under oath when she said she is under the impression it that Assistant Commissioner Michael Cassar sent her drinks.

And in between the lies under oath, we have this “When contacted by this newspaper over the phone yesterday morning, the highly respected Assistant Commissioner said that he had put the phone down on the said magistrate as she had called him personally and told him that she mistook him for someone else.”

  6. Cannot Resist Anymore! says:

Who wrote about people living ” parallel lives”?

    Am I missing something?

Daphne, tell me you are not serious!

This is unbelievably unreal! Or, a bad case of schizophrenia!

[Daphne – I am serious. This is a real, actual quote from Robert Musumeci’s discussion about cohabitation, on Facebook. Somebody else here quoted some other interesting excerpts. I don’t know why you’re so amazed. A few months ago we had Marlene Pullicino (married to Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando, living with somebody else’s husband) telling us that she regards the Madonna as her role model – and she’s against divorce and will oppose its introduction wholeheartedly.]

    • Gerry Adamms says:

Marlene pullicino says that the Madonna is her role model. Of course she wants Our Lady as her role model … but to jump on men’s shoulders during the feast of Our Lady of Carmel in Zurrieq. Just to make an ass of herself, with her pompous speeches and her shallow moral fibre.

  7. il-Ginger says:

    U ejja x’ fucking mard hawn f’dan il-pajjiz!

Seriously, Robert, go away and take Gej Pee Oh with you.

  8. Chicken says:

Allura Robert Musumeci qed jghid illi min jikkoabita la ghandu/ha kuxjenza u l-anqas twemmin?

  9. Lino Cert says:

You have to admit though, this is one hell of a colourful island, not much chance of dying of boredom, that’s for sure.

  10. Grezz says:

Now there goes one guy with double standards.

  11. Overestimated Shakespeare aka Nostradamus formerly Avatar says:

It is absolutely incredible. These peoples wear masks unabashedly. They have public personas which preach a strict adherence to Catholic values; and private lives in which they do as they please.

    • Karm says:

Yepp – a bit like the ones who make it a point of shouting out their prayers (especially the “Our Father”) during mass, and yet behave in a way which would put any self-respecting Catholic to shame.

  12. Dem-ON says:

Just watched the Minister responsible for Enemalta on Bondi+. He said that Enemalta was still looking into what caused the power surge on Good Friday, which led to a nationwide blackout.
Could it have been a divine intervention, so that all attention would be directed to Robert’s climb of the Gholja tas-Salib which, effectively, this year, attracted more worshippers than ever before?
It is worth reminding that the Gholja was illuminated by a generator – more divine pre-empting than that!

  13. pippo says:

jien nahseb li dawn in nies l ahjar haga li tista taghmel hi li tinjorhom darba ghal dejjem, ghax veru li qed jaghmlu qed jaghmluh al ta laposta biex jigbdu l`attenzjoni u jkunu famusi fis socjeta, mela allura thallihom u ma tghatiex kashom

  14. Marc Ellul says:

    He’s beyond saving. Poor sod

  15. Id-Doggy (with apologies to Muscat senior aka tal-murtali) says:

When a fifth form girl ‘insists’ on uploading a photo of her mum on Facebook there is something queer (and I use that word in its real, essential meaning) either with the girl or with her mum.

And how shallow to hear a magistrate arguing (in court) that her daughter (if you see her pics on Facebook ma tantx tidher li hi ta’ subghaja f’halqa) is going through a rough patch because she can’t upload her mum’s pic on Facebook(!)

Consuelo gives a bad name to the rest of the judiciary…and George Abela, as President for the Administration for Justice is doing nothing about it. Shame.

  16. Rita Camilleri says:

Ara vera tal misthija dan ir-ragel.

  17. David Buttigieg says:

Any idea if the Magistrature is invited to the Papal mass? Will Consie kick up a fuss if ‘her boyfriend’ is not allowed to come do you think?

    • Dem-ON says:

Probably, she has been invited as a member of the judiciary, while Robert was invited separately as mayor of Siggiewi.

  18. me says:

How come the honourable magistrate didn’t point out that it wasn’t what her daughter couldn’t do that was under discussion but what she was doing.
