Government MP Etienne Grech (he’s got a lovely line in hats, don’t you know) has – seriously – suggested that Malta lends Joseph Muscat to Greece for four months because he is the only one who can knock it into shape.

Etienne Grech thinks that Joseph Muscat is the only solution to Greece because he is the best leader in Europe. Somebody’s looking for a promotion, I think.
