The chairman of the Malta Council for Science and Technology, Jeffrey Pullicino Orlando, his personal assistant at the Council who is also his girlfriend, Lara Boffa, Magistrate Consuelo Herrera and her boyfriend Robert Musumeci, architect-cum-law student and consultant to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority, were at supper together tonight at Il Gabbiano in Marsalforn.
