Chinese social media advert: ‘Buy Maltese passport to tax-evasion heaven and enjoy British universities, EU jobs, medical care and pensions’

This is an advert being promoted on popular Chinese blogs, WeChat and social media sites. It says that you can buy a Maltese passport which gives you:
1. Citizenship of a “tax-evasion heaven”;
2. Free movement in the European Union;
3. a real “world passport” because the “Maltese passport purchasing scheme is the only one in the world that will let you travel visa-free to over 160 countries, including USA, Canada, Australia & E.U. countries”;
4. Education in British universities and jobs in all European Union countries: “Since English is an official language, studying English is cheap. It will be easier and cheap to move on to UK universities to study. Finding jobs after graduation will be easy in all EU countries”;
5. Whole family immigration to Europe: “Three generations of the same family can buy Maltese passports easily. Sons and daughters who under 26 and not married, and who have no income (dependent), and parents aged over 55 with no income (dependent on the main applicant) can all apply”;
6. EU medical care: “Enjoy developed EU countries’ medical care and social security benefits for pensioners”.
