The Labour Party’s deputy leader, Toni Abela, is being given another €20,150 in public funds to provide advice on matters of law to Michael Farrugia, Minister of the Family and Social Policy, until March.
This brings the amount that the Labour Party’s deputy leader has pocketed from public funds so far to €120,000. Last week this website reported that Toni Abela had pocketed €100,000, based on information put in the public domain, in parliament, in response to a question put by Opposition MP Kristy Debono.
This new information was also given in parliament in answer to another question put by Ms Debono.
