More of John Dalli’s movements charted

Before going to Gozo with his four Chinese friends this afternoon, John Dalli went with them to the Malta Resources Authority in the morning.
So, on the basis of his movements as reported by several different readers, we know that Dalli took these two Chinese women and two Chinese men to the Malta Environment & Planning Authority, Transport Malta, the Malta Resources Authority, and also for a spot of sightseeing.
