Keith Bonnici is Mark Gaffarena’s lawyer and fixer.
Four years ago, he was debarred for two and a half years for crookery (see extract from the Government Gazette below), but is now back in business, with Gaffarena as his main client.
He was also asked to leave the law practice where he worked because of suspected misappropriation of funds.
