Looks like the CEO has really set the tone at the Employment & Training Corporation

Philip Rizzo, CEO at the Employment & Training Corporation, made the news some months ago when he complimented one of his office subordinates, in full public view on Facebook, on the attractions of her breasts. The employee in question had posted a swimsuit picture on her Timeline.

He really seems to be setting the tone in his office kingdom – absolutely the wrong sort of tone, given that this is the Employment & Training Corporation, which should be the authority on how to create the right sort of non-harassment atmosphere in the workplace.

Look at the email sent out telling employees about their dress-down day. The cartoons are part of the email – very 1970s.
