The police: award-winning parking

A friend’s mother collapsed and was taken to the Accident & Emergency Department at the state general hospital. When he was informed, in a panic and to cut down on parking-time, he rode his motorbike there instead of taking the car, knowing that there are parking-bays specifically for motorbikes right outside the A & E entrance. When he arrived, he found a police car parked right across three of them.
