Konrad Mizzi is still registered as living in Paola

Despite having moved to Flat 4, Avril Flats, 46 Tigne Sea Front, Sliema (official Maltese address: 46, Avril, Fl 4 Ix-Xatt ta’ Tigne’ Tas-Sliema) in the summer of 2013, round about the time his wife went to China, both Konrad Mizzi and his wife are still registered at their old flat in Paola.
The Swieqi address is that of his parents, Mr and Mrs Lawrence Mizzi.
