Why on earth was he snapping the menu and tweeting – wasn’t anybody talking to him?

I’m trying – and failing – to imagine Fenech Adami or Gonzi taking a picture of the menu at a summit dinner and tweeting it. And I’m also trying to imagine (successfully) Super One’s round-the-clock reaction if either of them had done so.
