Adrian Hillman, who was forced by the board of directors to step down as managing director of the Allied Group of Companies, owners of the Times of Malta, The Sunday Times and Progress Press, in a slew of scandal involving the Prime Minister’s chief of staff, was seen entering the law offices of Professor Ian Refalo in St Paul Street, Valletta, at 10.30am.
He left at 11.25am. He was wearing a checked brown jacket and black trousers without a tie and carried a briefcase. After leaving Refalo’s office, he stood at a street-corner speaking on his phone.
