Police Commissioner will not investigate the triad Joseph Muscat, Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri

The Police Commissioner has told The Malta Independent that there is no reason to suspect that Keith Schembri and Konrad Mizzi have committed a crime, so they are not investigating the matter.
