Health & Energy Minister flies out of Malta yesterday afternoon

Health & Energy Minister Konrad Mizzi flew out of Malta yesterday afternoon on a flight to Frankfurt.
So, to sum up: the Prime Minister is in Dubai along with John Dalli (see previous post), the Health & Energy Minister flew to Frankfurt yesterday probably en route to China, the Finance Minister is in China with a delegation from the Stock Exchange, Toni Abela was on the ferry to Gozo this morning – and does anybody know where Keith Schembri is?
