Konrad Mizzi, Malta’s Minister of Health and Energy, features among criminals, crooks, Iceland’s prime minister and various politicians and despots. Maybe Joseph Muscat can ring them up and tell them that he’s still waiting for an audit by an international unnamed firm before he decides what to do about him.
