Manuel Mallia gets the munchies: eating at the back of the class

Konrad Mizzi sought to defend himself in parliament tonight in the wake of the worldwide launch of Panama Papers. His credibility, already completely eroded, wasn’t helped much by the image of the former minister of the interior munching figolli or mqaret out of a paper bag behind him.

At one point, Franco Mercieca leaned over to Mallia and seemed to whisper to him that he should stop eating because he was in the camera frame. Mallia nodded and a few seconds later when back to sneaking snacks.
