Chris Cardona breaks news of Iceland PM’s resignation to Joseph Muscat in parliament

The Maltese parliament was in session already this evening when news of the Icelandic prime minister’s resignation broke. Chris Cardona, Minister for the Economy, leaned across to the Prime Minister, and showed him the news on his phone. Muscat looked confused, stood up and left the room.
