Valletta demonstration: Dom Mintoff’s daughter was there with the crowd

The cameras panning the crowd at yesterday’s demonstration homed in on former European Court of Human Rights judge Giovanni Bonello as he stood there with friends. And this, of course, prompted the ire of the various aides to the Prime Minister, including the infamously inept Glenn Bedingfield.

Perhaps Bedingfield and the various other aides and social media trolls need to be told that Dom Mintoff’s daughter, Anne McKenna, was there in the crowd too, just as she was at the first national protest march against government corruption last month. Most people don’t know that Mintoff had two daughters, and not one, but yes, he did.
