Nexia BT given contracts by Ministry for Energy while secretly advising Energy Minister on Panama company/New Zealand trust

In 2014, while Nexia BT was secretly advising the Minister for Energy on his underhanded setting up of a personal company in Panama and a trust in New Zealand, the firm was given two significant consultancy contracts by the Ministry for Energy.
One was for “advisory services on gas distributors”, and was given by direct order. The other was for “legal advisory and consultancy services in connection with the prospective sale/valuation of Mediterranean Offshore Bunkering Company Ltd.”
