Weird doctor MP in gold necklace talks about having “Labour blood”

Here’s another one: Labour MP Etienne Grech, the doctor who shocked the Public Accounts Committee by saying that he regularly took human kidneys and other organs home to experiment with when he was a student, at the May Day demo in support of their Great Leader.
He appears to be wearing some kind of gold necklace on display beneath his open-necked shirt, and tells us that he has Labour blood.
He is the representative of the utter hamalli who elected him, I get that – but are we supposed to feel reassured that these are the people running the country?
