Labour cronyism update: Frederick Testa

This is Frederick Testa, head of the Production Unit at TVM/PBS, a job he was given in return for appearing in Labour Party propaganda – including videos, billboards and ‘town hall’ testimonies in the 2013 general election campaign.
Here he is, getting a thrill of excitement at the May Day demonstration in support of Joseph Muscat.
