Parliamentary Secretary for Animals Rights parks like an animal
This is the official government car (GM22) used by Roderick Galdes, the Parliamentary Secretary for Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights. As you can see, it is parked at a rather awkward angle on a parking spot specially reserved for disabled drivers.
The photograph was taken at Pavi Supermarket this afternoon at 4.45pm, when the Parliamentary Secretary should have been at the office, or at least on government business, and not doing the grocery shopping. If it was Mrs Galdes who used her husband’s chauffeur and official car to pop down to the supermarket to get the week’s groceries, then that’s equally bad.
And whether it was Mr Galdes or Mrs Galdes there at the supermarket during working hours in the government car, the car should not have been wearing GM plates because those may only be worn when it is on official government business. Unless he was buying tea and lavatory paper supplies for the ministry office, I can’t imagine what official government business involves a supermarket.
