Konrad Mizzi/Ram Tumuluri “side letter” agreement obtained by this website

A ‘side letter’ to the transaction agreements, signed by Konrad Mizzi, representing the government of Malta, and by Ram Tumuluri, representing three separate Vitals companies, on 19th May this year, has been obtained by this website.
When this side letter and the attendant agreements referred to were signed, on 19 May, Konrad Mizzi was no longer Health Minister, Chris Fearne having already replaced him in that role. Yet it is Mizzi who signed for the Malta government, and not Fearne, which reveals that he continued to call the shots.
