Tumuluri and his wife Sonya, the only two registered officials for the company, never fulfilled any of the mandatory filing requirements of the Canadian companies registry. The authorities then dissolved the company for non-compliance.
This is the man to whom the Konrad Mizzi and the Maltese government have handed over the running of three of Malta’s public hospitals and a fourth one that has yet to be built by ‘his’ outfit.
