Talk about insulting the electorate. Muscat strips Konrad Mizzi of the energy portfolio a year ago, says that he himself will retain that portfolio, keeps Mizzi on as a ‘minister within the Office of the Prime Minister’ and re-delegates the energy portfolio to him.
Here is Konrad ‘Hearnville Inc’ Mizzi in an Exxon tweet, speaking at the Energy Summit while Malta suffered yet another widespread power outage.
