Michelle Muscat’s chauffeur spotted biscuit-shopping at Lidl in state-funded car

I’ve just received this from a friend.

I popped into Lidl in Hal Qormi at 11.15am today and recognised this notorious vehicle on my way into the car park.  It was parked on double yellows outside Kiabi, so I thought, oh my gosh, I’m going to nab Michelle Muscat looking at €2 bikinis.

So I went in, armed with my camera, but she was nowhere to be seen. Her driver was lurking around outside dressed in a black 100% rayon suit. So I thought, perhaps I’m going to find her looking at €2 bottles of wine in Lidl.

I couldn’t see Mrs Muscat anywhere, but I did see her driver and another guy marching up and down the aisles looking for something.  At one point the other guy said to the driver: “Aw Aldo, forsi dawn il-biskuttini?”

Then I realised she wasn’t around herself and either had sent them on a mission or her driver was using a state-funded car and petrol to go elevenses biscuit-shopping. Either way, they’re obsessed with parking on double yellow lines.

“Aw Aldo, forsi dawn il-biskuttini?”
