REQUEST HQS PROVIDE STATION WITH THIS EASILY OBTAINABLE INFORMATION WHICH WE COULD USE WITH P/1 AT NEXT MEETING AS AN EXAMPLE OF THE LEVEL OF OUR COMMITMENT TO HIM.

Gonzi was the last one to meet Gaddaff, on legitimate diplomatic business, but Labour was in bed with Gaddafi for 40 years.

For the benefit of the Labour elves, I had better point out that Carmello Vella is Karmenu Vella.
Please note the specific reference to ‘Malta Labor Party partner’ as opposed to ‘Maltese business partner who happens to be a Labour politician’.
The PL/MLP has been hit with a double whammy; first trying to jettison the baggage accumulated over a 42 year relationship joined at the hip with Gaddafi.
Now, the Wikileaks CIA and embassy reports show that the PL/MLP allowed Libyan intelligence agents free rein in Malta to do as they please, how Libya dictated Malta’s foreign policy until the Saipem gunboat incident and after kissing and making up.
They think that after doing a Joseph Stalin, tinkering with Photoshop and airbrushing away like mad, they will come out whiter than white.
Their chances of doing so are the same as those of survival of the band which continued playing soothing waltzes on the Titanic as the unsinkable liner actually sank.

The Labour Party’s electoral programme, written in its skip by a man mentioned in CIA reports as the mercenary stooge in a ‘front’ business set up by a double-agent, his presence in the Labour Party being required to facilitate importation into Libya.
Of course he was a secret agent. He even wore the uniform.
