Labour's 'drinks without drinks' for Muslims: what do you know, it's back to Gaddafi again

Published: September 2, 2011 at 7:01pm

Back in the days when Mintoff was selling Malta’s well, patata, to Gaddafi in return for some of his spare cash to make up for the money Malta lost when the British said ‘Good day’ to him and left, having had enough of his market-trading on rent, there was something else we had to do for Gaddafi besides paint our buses green, change our passports and learn Arabic to get into university.

We had to give him land to have a mosque and a mosque-school built. He paid to have them built and he has bank-rolled their running costs ever since. In return, Premier Mintoff made sure that one of his own got the job of headmistress: Maria Camilleri. Ms Camilleri, a rabid Mintoffjana, was sidelined by Sant and rehabilitated by Joseph Muscat along with the other brontosauruses (this one dyes its hair black).

Muscat even took her on as an EP candidate in 2009.

Maria Camilleri is still headmistress at the Gaddafi-funded mosque school, except that now its Gaddafi funds have dried up and it’s in trouble.

Her history teacher, Edward Montebello, who works part-time for Super One, had better start badgering the Labour TV station to take him on full time. Oh, and had you noticed that he hasn’t – because he can’t – denied that the voice which Julia Farrugia rubbed off the ‘Joe Mizzi filmat’ was his?

The few actual Muslims who were at the Labour Party’s ‘drinks without drinks’ for Muslims last Monday were all rounded up through the mosque school and Maria Camilleri. There you go, the GaddafiPL network in action again.

    Martaslar again:

“Tomorrow night is the opening show of Rockorchestra.

The Concert is being held to help raise funds for the Malta Community Chest fund, which is chaired by President George Abela.

Rockorchestra is a show organised by the Malta Community Chest Fund and is expected to attract hundreds of families.”

They can’t even get the name right (Rockestra) even though it’s writ large on the photo accompanying the item.

Joseph’s skip just gets bigger and more junk jumps right in.

  4. Dee says:

In secular Malta, the Gheddafi-funded Islamic school run by Mintoffjana Maria Camilleri requires its girl pupils, who are as young as five, to becompletely covered from head to foot, apart from the hands and face.

How can Joseph Muscat expect to be taken seriously when he claims that his modern and progressive Labour Party is no place for homophobes and bigots, while his own close advisers and media people are promoting this kind of thing?
