   Pictures in a frame are not frame-ups.

   Only a Labour led police force were experts in that particular department.

   And, by the way, what exactly is your point? Have you forgotten the days when many a living room was adorned with a framed photo of Mintoff lit up with Christmas lights?

   Joseph’s grandparents had/have one, you know.
