The star comments are coming in thick and fast: so many people just LOVE Anglu Farrugia

Published: January 21, 2012 at 5:19pm

Anglu Farrugia lays a wreath at the Rahal l-Gdid monument to Lorry Sant, which was set up on the initiative of Jason Micallef's man friend, Ronnie Pellegrini, who was Lorry's thug and fixer.

Here’s the irony: if Labour had stayed in government, Anglu Farrugia would have had to stay in the police force.

He would never have been able to go to university (not only because he wouldn’t have got in, but because he wouldn’t have had the income to do it on).

He would never have become a lawyer and he would never have gone into politics, because police officers are not permitted to take part in political life.

And so he would never have become deputy party leader and possibly, deputy prime minister.

Anglu is going to become deputy prime minister for the same reason that he was able to become a lawyer: because the party to which he is so committed was booted out of power in 1987.

    Chapeau.

  2. lZammit says:

It was Guido de Marco who encouraged Anglu Farrugia to read law.

  3. Angus Black says:

It is time for the NP to stop reacting feebly to LP lies and start attacking them at every opportunity and by all means available.

The best defence is a good offence and the Nationalist Party has been lacking in this regard for many years.

Franco Debono does not know when to stop being a pain, and since an election is just about a foregone possibility, he should be formally booted out of the NP.

  4. Frankie Narcono says:

    Nobody paying attention to Anglu.

  5. Jelly Bean says:

The same can be said of Joseph Muscat. He is where he is now because Labour were booted out of power in 1998.
