This is really a “with it” political party, so modern, so progressive, so fresh, so full of love for their fellow man/woman.
They think that this will get them plenty more votes in the next election, maybe 2 % to 7 % more than they would normally.
It could make a difference between winning or losing.
And a rainbow flag is cheap to buy.
Ýes, it might get them more votes, but it won’t make a difference between winning or losing, 1% is more than enough! Last election was circa 1500 votes.
I presume in Labour Party clubs all over Malta and Gozo where middle-aged men on benefits meet to grumble about the government and talk about hunting and soccer, they’re all wearing pink for gay pride. Ħalluna.
