“God made him small to limit the damage”

Fr Joe Borg – you know, my co-conspiractor in a clique (or as Jeffrey pronounces it, ‘click’), and somebody I see perhaps once every three years by coincidence – today quotes Jeremy Clarke, in in his column in The Sunday Times.
He doesn’t mention names, being a civilised man of the cloth and all, but l have a pretty good idea why he picked this, and who he might have in mind.
“He is one of those small guys whom God made small because He is a compassionate God and He wanted to limit the damage.” – Jeremy Clarke, writing in The Spectator (June 23, 2012, p.61).

Why do people take an instant dislike to Jeffrey?
To save time.
It is him, of course, but it is applicable also to Dom Mintoff.
Can you imagine the worldwide harm that would have resulted had his playing-field been as large as Italy, Spain, Germany or the USSR?
Mentioning Mintoff, what happened to his daughter? Is Joseph hiding her now?
Maybe she is getting a complete make-over and a new identity?
Viva Fr. Joe Borg.
