Google translates that as “he’s inside him.”
Is there something we should be told here?

Actually the comment in the news report referred to someone other than Brimmer.
Sort of ruins a splendid one-liner when you have to cover your arse against libel charges, but this is Malta and I can’t afford a lawyer.
