My God, how embarrassing

Isn’t this man in his mid-30s and the ekonomista who’s writing, with the help of that other poor-quality chap Il-Guy, the Labour Party’s programme for government 2013-2018?
They really should get a grip on themselves. True, there aren’t as many of us who are worried about being governed by a bunch of spiritual teenagers of very average IQ as there are people who are absolutely thrilled at the prospect, but still.

What a numpty!
Let’s hope those undecided voters open up their eyes before it is too late.
I’m sure many “undecided voters” must have opened their eyes , now that The Brazilian company’s details have become known. And Gonzi, once again, has been caught trying to dupe voters !
Are you writing this with hindsight Eddy?
PS, always wanted to congratulate you on your name, near enough to that of the greatest prime minister in Maltese history. Now be honest, doesn’t that warm the cockles of your heart?
The US election is simply the biggest bandwagon of them all. Everyone wants a piece of the reflected glory.
Let’s see if they have time to jump off when the “Fiscal Cliff” issue becomes a crisis.
By the way, nobody seems to be singing Hollande’s praises any more now that he has driven his country deeper into recession and has been forced to make a U-turn on raising taxes.
Dumb, Dumb, Dumber.
You mean Dumb, Dumber, Lejber.
Since when does one become a politician by simply having a casual interest in politics?

@ aston
The PL are desperately looking for left-leaning governments for inspiration.. now they have Obama, Hollande and of course the Communist party in Cyprus.

‘Flying a United Kingdom Flag, the ‘Marco Polo’ will enter Malta Freeport on boxing day, December 26….’
Which one Karl?
If it’s Labour, it won’t work anywhere in the world.
As if Labour, the rednecks’ party, has anything to do with Obama.
A picture that says it all

Miskin, he’s taking a break from the stress of writing Joseph’s roadmap of miracles. Don’t be too hard on him.
YEAH!!!!!! Celebrating Aaron’s 8000th LIKE in a hot tub in Vegas.
ROFLMAO…. Tell me he didn’t go out carcading as well.
With just under 50% of Americans living in a household recieving government benefits, you know where BOs voter base is…YAY, Obama.
I’m sure Air on can relate.

Is this the TVM reporter sent to the USA to monitor the elections?
The interesting thing is that the roles, if not necessarily the political beliefs in American politics are the reverse to those here.
And its not just the colours they choose to represent them.
The Democrats, aside from social issues, are slightly to the right of the PN and are a broad coalition of political beliefs across the spectrum, forced together by the non-electability of the Republicans, who are are natural minority which gets smaller all the time, and whose best chance of election is to disenfranchise opposing voters (See Florida – is Aaron gathering tips?) rather than change policies and find new voters.
They are the party of NO, united by the drive to obstruct the Democrats whatever the cost.
The Republican Party is a collection of empty slogans, Potemkin politicians, crazy people, racists, rural conservatives, religious maniacs who believe the book of genesis is an actual science text book, angry white men (you find the same types criticising gONziPN on timesofmalta.com’s comments board) who characterise Europe as the socialist wasteland America will become under Obama (il-gvern qeridna), and a silent majority (?) within the party who will (nearly) never vote Democrat except in extreme circumstances (EU Membership?) and are currently embarrassed to admit they vote Republican, or who have given up and dropped out of the electoral circus altogether.
Sound familiar?
The comments below the pic say it all:
Camilleri Marco: iddubbali flokk
Aaron Farrugia: Ok marco. Se niprova.
Mintoffian economics anyone? Iddobba, tonfoqx, ara kif tirranga, cekcek xi haga…
So progressive.
“iddubbali” – so typical of the Labour mindset.
hope he doesn’t get jacked up riding through the ghettos in J’ville, quite a rough place
Not all of it is. Pretty decent people lived there until a little while ago.
‘Malta qed tistenniek’ – ma tafx x’se taghmel bik, nibku jekk nahsbu fik.
He’d better hurry back, otherwise he risks his name being struck off the electoral register.
By the Labour party.
Second win for a leader who has been re-elected in an election most pundits thought should have been easy for his challenger.
Is this why only l-Orizzont today failed to mention Obama’s win on the front page and in its leader when all other newspapers did?
“iddubbali flokk” says it all, doesn’t it?
Qabda msieken.
Because on ebay he’ll have to pay for it.
He was on Dissett, directly from Washington, on Saturday. Reno said that Aaron was in the US courtesy of the US Embassy.
Here he is behaving like an idiot and embarrassing his hosts.
Has anybody heard of Privitera lately?
So this guy travelled half-way around the globe (probably on someone else’s dime) just so he could take a photo of himself, cooped up in a hotel room?! Sad just doesn’t begin to describe this eejit.
dr. tonio borg good luck you will make it.
