I hope Louis Grech is wearing a vest

Watching Super One. Poor Louis Grech. What’s he doing standing out there in the cold, damp wind at nearly one o’clock in the morning, at his age, admiring Muscat as he signs a billboard?
This isn’t a political party. It’s a farce.

Daphne, your article today (yesterday), in the Independent so eloquently described the conundrum of Louis Grech.
An intelligent, sociable guy who has allied himself with riff raff.
The Labour vermin have now positioned him front and centre. Will he cope and lower himself to their level in the coming shambles?
Louis Grech’s appointment as “Deputat Mexxej” is only a temporary one. Grech’s aim is to be the next EU Commissioner.
You have to pity Leo Brincat, then.
You’re right. He is only there until the 9th March. That is why the other contenders kept quiet.
But how can he be an EU Commissioner when we now know that he voted against Malta joining the EU?

What’s that expression in Maltese “meta ttellaq mal-hmir……..”.
Probably that’s why Grech found it so easy to contest from within the ranks of the PL and be catapulted to a leadership position.
Whilst others who have stuck it out for years remain languishing in the wings.
Well, given a good scrub, a shave and a haircut, Louis Grech could become presentable for some.
Not mumbling like he has a hot potato in his mouth should help too.
Isn’t Louis Grech another one with the KartAnzjan?
