Kevin, Kenneth & Frederick,

With your inside knowledge of theatre, you must have realised that what you are participating in is a highly choreographed piece of theatre.

All the elements of pantomime are there: the mis-en-scene of the dome (igloo) events, the ‘colourful’ chorus chanting “I’m in”, the Fearless Dame (whose dial has been set to ‘perky’) dispensing soundbites. And the classic panto call, BE NICE TO EACH OTHER (Malta taghna lkoll), to say nothing of HE’S RIGHT BEHIND YOU (Austin Gatt, apparently).

And you three have been lured onto the stage for the audience participation segment. LIGHTS, SOUND, ACTION…
