Why has Karmenu Vella, like Manuel Mallia, been allowed to get away with not declaring his income? He says that he owns 50% of a company, but doesn’t say that his wife owns the other half.

What a farce, I guess these properties are the remnants of the golden years swap a permit. These are so vague that unless shown on a map they could be understood to be worth a few millions or a bit less.

  2. maryanne says:

    Doublespeak declarations.

  3. Fabio says:

What a charade of declarations. Better not declare anything than issue these lists of tomfoolery.

  4. Harry Purdie says:

Karmenu, remember me? We did legitimate work together around 10 years ago, concerning Turkey. At least I thought it was.

I lost a bundle, guess you did too. At least that’s what you said.

Not sure now, since the Turkish partner was your buddy.

You have a lovely smile. However, I’ve been told, so does the devil.

    Still covering up in 2013?

    • Michael says:

Might be useless, but if you’ve been ripped off by this idiot for doing legitimate, go talk to the police. The code of the current ministers is nothing short of Manifest Destiny.

They’re taking what they can whilst pushing aside any obstructions (questions by journalists). If their code is Manifest Destiny, their greed will eventually get them caught.

  5. pm says:

Wasn’t Karmenu Vella the chairman of Orange Travel (SMS Mondial and Union Travel, or something like it)? Was he working for free?

  10. where are we? says:

I am sure, that between then these SOCIALISTS can very well afford to build the power station as a donation to the nation; of course we will hnour them with a plaque describing their generosity
