I am ASHAMED about the handful of ‘Maltese’ traitors posting here defending the EU’s actions and Malmstroms arrogance and incompetence at her job. Well Martriam, with Joseph Muscat I don’t think that we have to wait for much longer to get us kicked out of the EU.

Well, given that I at least am not united with them, do I take it that they will fall?
Why would these people want to get out of EU. Educated euro sceptics work in EU institutions. We’re going to have Dr Alfred Sant as an MEP – why all this hate now against the EU. God forbid if we had to leave.
This is an abject lesson in the fact that once you let the genie out of the lamp, you have a long way ahead of you to stuff it back inside.
Sant opposed EU membership simply because he wanted to oppose everything the Nats did. This irrational hatred towards the EU is all his doing and the LP are finding it very hard to shake it off (assuming they want to in the first place).
It would be just like them to sit on the fence, sucking at the teats of mother Europe, but fomenting seething dissent just in case something happens and they need to say “we told you so”.

Those people who want out of the EU like this guy and his friend should get a boat and sail south. Kill two birds with one stone you know.
We’d have fewer people on this overcrowded island and many would be grateful to be disassociated from such people who seem to grasp every chance to make us look bad.
