They think speaking only one language even to people who don’t understand it is a source of pride, not embarrassment

The whole point of language is communication, but way too many Labour supporters think it is a matter of national pride to speak Maltese to people who don’t know what they’re saying.

Here’s one message sent to EU Commissioner Cecilia Malmstrom via Facebook, from Clive ‘Il-Wee’ Azzopardi:
