What a hopeless lot. Bencini was and always will be a big head.

  2. Tabatha White says:

What a bunch of misfits, each of them visibly squirming in their skin.

  3. P Sant says:

Nixtieq inkun naf ghand min imur jaqta’ xaghru l-Prim. Jaqaw taqtaghhulu Michelle bil-magna tal-15 euros li xtrat mill-Lidl?

I mean, just see him in the third photo.

  4. Francis says:

Oh my Lord…you really know how to pick them.

  5. orapronobis says:

Was Mr Bencini trying to match the curtains or was it an attempt to camouflage himself?

  6. ciccio says:

Exactly what is Louis Grech wearing?

    • H.P. Baxxter says:

A sports jacket. Entirely inappropriate for office, board room or EU presidency meeting.

      What a godalimighty yob.

Are there any real pepe left, ciccio? Were there any in the first place?

  7. Min Jaf says:

In true Labour style, Bencini is wearing a short-sleeved shirt under his jacket. The great expanse of bare wrist gives just the right touch.

  8. xmun says:

Does the prime minister still go to the gym every morning? If he still does, it is not showing.

    • Catsrbest says:

Probably, he still goes to the gym to chat with the owner/s and the other gym users in order to draw attention (maybe suffering from MSBP), and for freebies.

    • Tabatha White says:

Trust him to have a skin that goes lobster red not gorgeous gold. Very hick of him not to have used proper protection cream this summer. Perfect PM material. So representative. So sensitive to such matters.

  9. H.P. Baxxter says:

Louis Grech’s suit jacket costs more than my entire annual income. But look at the lower button.

  10. Natalie Mallett says:

Certain people’s faces really resemble those of cartoon animals. Mr. Bencini’s always reminds me of Hiss the snake in Disney’s The Jungle Book.

[Daphne – That’s because Disney’s cartoon animals are inspired by people.]

Surely Times of Malta have a better photo representing Mater Dei than this one: http://www.timesofmalta.com/articles/view/20130907/local/investigation-after-biopsy-goes-missing.485193

A woman smoking a cigarette in front of the sign?

    [Daphne – It’s a terrific picture, excellent.]
