GM17 – your road licence has expired

Which minister is chauffeured around in GM17? It was parked outside the Auberge de Castille yesterday, and one of my readers took a peek at the tax disc. It expired last July.

If the effective Parliamentary Secretary for Health, Dr. Godfrey Farrugia, cannot manage a simple administrative task like the renewal of the licence disk on the windscreen of his official car, how are we supposed to believe him that he will solve the problem of the timely replenishment of out-of-stock medicinal items?
No wonder that Joseph Muscat “mhux sodisfatt” with the situation of out-of-stock medicinals.
If Joseph Muscat is not satisfied, why should we be satisfied?
And if Joseph Muscat is not satisfied, he SHOULD do something about it because he is in the POSITION to do something about it.

Hmm doesn’t concern me so much since government cars don’t need insurance and the license costs are paid by the govrrnment and then go back to the government anyway. I’d be concerned if it was his personal car. But yeah…the decent thing to do would be to set an example.
Regulations expressly prohibit driving unlicensed cars on public roads.
These regulations apply equally to all without distinction.
Stefan, it is not about money and who pays it. It is about a cabinet minister himself blatantly disregarding the law. That IS a matter of serious concern.
