Sabrina Agius, who hit the headlines when she was working in the RTK newsroom, an exchange of personal emails between her and the Labour leader was leaked, and she was fired for serving the interests of the Labour Party rather than her employer, has been put on the public payroll.

Agius, if you recall (but I have uploaded the emails below) had asked Joseph Muscat whether he thought she should apply for a job at The Times, and he had emailed back saying that right then he needed her in the RTK newsroom – presumably because he had his stooges already at The Times.

Her iced-bun job is in Roderick Galdes’s (Animals and Agriculture PS) private secretariat, where she is communications coordinator.

Another one for your spreadsheet, Daphne.

[Daphne – I’m afraid I don’t have one. There are some things the Nationalist Party should be doing.]

How many more rewards still to go? This is getting sickening.

And there I was, worrying for her, miskina. “Prosit hiii. Jixraqlek hiiii. Tenk u hafna!”

How can one trust such a person? In my books, once a backstabber always a backstabber. Attent, Sur Galdes.

She has had a letter published in The Sunday Times today. Horrible. And see the editor’s justified comment beneath it.
