Exactly who is Charles Guillermin? He looks like he’s the sort of consultant Joseph Muscat would love.
No. 81 on the list of Malta’s Top 100 websites is now charlesguillermin.com. The name stuck out like a sore thumb among the usual names, so I popped in for a look.
There are just three pages on the site, and when you enter, what you find is a photograph of this person posing with a red car, and:

The whole thing is so odd. He lists four projects, all of which seem to demand that you put money into them when there is not even a contact address, formal identity or telephone number, and then in large letters on the second page:

The Labour government should hurry and engage his services as a consultant, with a letter of appointment for Eur6,000, which will buy six hours of his time. Charles Guillermin looks right up their street.

Maybe he’s related to Mary Swann and her fraudulent investment network.

Anyone who can afford a thousand an hour and can’t make decisions for themselves deserves to be fleeced.

No serious and professionally set-up consultant would try to attract new business by showing photos of himself in flashy cars.
