John Dalli’s client, Emma Corbin aka Mary Swan aka Lady Bird, was involved in an Israel/Switzerland fraud scandal in 2002
The false passport which John Dalli & Associates client, the international fraudster Emma Corbin aka Mary Swan, used to enter Thailand from the Philippines, leading to her arrest and incarceration until she was bailed out and flew to Malta.
Emma Corbin is the real (birth) name of the 72-year-old US citizen and notorious fraudster who uses several passports and aliases, including the alias Mary Swan/Lady Bird under which she met EU Commissioner John Dalli in the Bahamas in summer last year.
Also under the name of Mary Swan/Lady Bird, she operates out of an office in the top flat at 58 High Street, Sliema and is a client of John Dalli & Associates.

Maybe John Dalli can buy her a clean Maltese passport: cheap at the price.
He could even arrange for a discount.
The arrest in Switzerland was in the same period when Mary Swann/Emma Corbin/lady bird passed herself off as Nina Petros in Cyprus, where she notoriously hooked the Bishop of Limassol with her fraudulent, money-laundering schemes.

Dilini also reported that the Bishop of Limassol Chrysanthos, recently had a “mysterious meeting” with a former Mossad agent, named Jacob Smoulevitch.
The agent had been been arrested in Switzerland with the Bishop’s female friend Nina Petros and were both held in custody for 10 months, the paper said.

Deri’s people, says Shmulevitz, boasted they were behind Shmulevitz’s arrest in Switzerland, where he and his business partner Emma Corbin were investigated for alleged fraud.
It goes without saying that since she is so “in” with one of the Maltese PM’s bosom buddies she will be entitled to a special offer, so to speak.
In case she needs yet another phoney passport that is.
