I’ve finally discovered who this man is in the photograph of Jose Herrera which I like to use. If only I had known earlier.

He is Leli d-Deffien, Emmanuel Farrugia, currently featuring in news reports about the trial of Jason Galea and George Galea for the murder of father-and-son drug-dealers Mario Camilleri senior and junior, last summer.

Farrugia took the witness stand this week to say that he worked for Jason Galea doing this and that, and that he’s the one who picked up Mario Camilleri junior and drove him to Il-Qajjenza, where he was murdered.

It is very interesting to know what ‘doing this and that’ mean?

I have seen many interesting and secret meetings being held at the cemetery where presumably Farrugia works.

Maybe Jose was inspired by Leli d-Deffien when he designed these cards.
