Want to park in the reserved space for MPs, even though you’re not one? Silvio Parnis will fix it.

How kind and helpful that Silvio Parnis, Labour MP and chairman of the Committee for the South, really is. He will even arrange VIP parking for his friends in the spaces reserved for members of parliament in Republic Street.
He was spotted this morning telling the man who was driving this car and looking for a spot to park that he could leave it in the MPs’ spot:
“Halliha hawn, issa nirrangalek,” he said to him.
Two minutes later there was a note on the windscreen: ‘SILVIO PARNIS’.

Making parking arrangements is quite a change from fishing tablets from the toilet.
O this website, we had laughed , because Silvio Parnis MP had raised a parliamentary question to the Minister of Health Joe Cassar about the whereabouts of the endoscopies in the hospital.
I anticipate that now that the Minister of Education has announced a pilot project for the introduction of tablets in schools, Silvio Parnis might ask some interesting parliamentary questions like:
“Can the Honourable Minister for Health confirm if the tablets will be available in the Pharmacy of Your Choice?”
Or perhaps:
“Can the Honourable Minister guarantee that if the tablets are out of stock, students will be reimbursed when they buy them directly from the pharmacy.”
Maybe even this one:
“Will the tablets be delivered to the students’ doorsteps in line with the electoral promise of Labour’ Delivers?”
“Jista’ l-Onorevoli Ministru jghidilna jekk it-tablets li se jitqassmu lit-tfal tal-iskola ghandhomx jittiehdu b’mod orali inkella rettali, u kemm-il darba kuljum?”
What’s with the hair? Growing extra for little Joey’s next transplant?
You should donate your moustache. He’d come out looking like Pepe le Pew.
No one messes with me moustache, friend. Forty years of cultivation invested there.
I wonder what Bubbles and Ricky and the rest of The Trailer Park Boys are doing now since their TV show has been off the air?
At least we know what Julian has been up to.
When ignorance and arrogance reign, this and more is to be expected.
Parking in line with Malta Taghna Lkoll. Why not?
A gross sense of entitlement paid for from our taxes, nice! But unfortunately the arrogant have one mantra to counteract any indignant pointing out of wrongdoing: ‘Mhux kulhadd jirranga?’. Well, flash news: ‘Le mhux kulhadd jirranga ghax ghawn min ma jridx jghix fil-gungla!’
