Please somebody explain to the Court of Justice the difference between court-martial and court marshall

The expression ‘court marshall’ – a literal translation of ‘marexxal tal-qorti’ is bad enough, given that the proper term is actually bailiff.
But let’s leave that aside and concern ourselves with the grosser error.
