They don’t appear to approve of his ‘fakery’ and sucking up.

In all probability Joseph Muscat promised Joseph Cuschieri and Marlene Mizzi some sort of a bun to shut their mouths, thus making sure that the most euro-sceptic Labour candidates, Alfred Sant, Miriam Dalli and Charlon Gouder will be elected.

    • kev says:

Tghidx cucati Seychell. Miriam Dalli and Charlon Gouder are not even sure what eurosceptism really means. They are both utterly EU-illiterate. I know. I heard what they had to say on Xarabank. Tal-misthija, really.

Meanwhile, I would say Alfred Sant is a very mild eurosceptic, which translates into being fake. though not as fake as the older brother calling his sibling ‘fake’.

      • Spock says:

‘Alfred Sant is a very mild eurosceptic’. Seriously Kev ? What on earth have you been drinking this morning ?

      • H.P. Baxxter says:

        Well that perked him up.

Why isn’t your wife standing for election, Kevin? Battle already lost and all?

      • Arnold Layne says:

Quite handy that the European Alliance for Fredom is a grouping of individuals not parties, seeing that its Secretary General does not have the backing of her party, at least not openly. What a lovely bunch of individuals too, people who have been kicked out of extremist parties for views deemed too outrageous even for them. Anti-semites, supremacists and ultra-nationalists: what’s going on here, Kevin?

      • kev says:

Alfred Sant is NOT considered to be a eurosceptic by any measure. He is ‘mild’ only in relation to Malta. It is laughable to call him a eurosceptic because he is not saying what eurosceptics say, left or right – not by a mile. You wouldn’t know this, Spock, so just carry on drinking your Kool-Aid and vote for people like Shaw, the candidate who couldn’t come up with a single issue for his ‘campaign’.

      • kev says:

Rubbish, Arnold Layne, on all counts, pure rubbish.

Iridu jghajru minghajr ma jafu x’inhu jigri.

    • Spock says:

Well, Kev since you seem to know what it is I’m not supposed to know – and even who I’m supposed to be voting for(news even to me ), please share your endless wisdom with me and tell me – once again – what exactly have you been drinking? Seems to beat anything hallucinogenic available.

Who knows, if I tried it I might even see your point.

      • Spock says:

Hope its side effects won’t make me arrogant or belligerent though – quite unattractive.

Now someone will say that their accounts have been hacked.

  3. Ivan says:

I believe this has been removed since? It would be interesting to see what his sister and dear brother think about his donation pledge and the endorsement by FKNK. Surely he’s the joker of the 30+ candidates

Veru l-kaz ta’ “GUZEPPI MIBJUGH MINN HUTU”.

  5. Neil says:

Washing the family laundry on Facebook of all places? That’s your ‘qabza fil-kwalita’ right there.

  6. Drood says:

Took Joseph Cuschieri quite some time to click that he was manipulated to resign his parliamentary seat in favour of Joseph Muscat, great expectations being then promised.

A few weeks ago he was huffing and puffing that he was not one of the MLP’s favourites as MEP.

And then he thought he was again in the running with the withdrawal of Cyrus Engerer’s candidature.

As a last resort he sought the FKNK’s endorsement of the hunting lobby. Is he so deluded not to realize that he is not on the MLP’s “favourite MEP” list, and why?

  7. Peppa Pig says:

Having listened to Manwel Cuschieri’s weekly diatribe on One Radio last Friday , I somehow got the impression that he (Manwel) was very much cheesed off for apparently being the only one , who has been doing his utmost of late to look after the needs of their ailing father.

    • Rex says:

Yes, Manwel Cuschieri repeated several times that he chose his father over anything else which was offered to him, and not like others have done.

And he repeated several times: Bhal ma ghamel u jaghmel haddiehor, u ma ghandix ghalfejn inhares il-boghod hafna…ghax haddiehor ghazel lil karriera flok lil missieru.

I don’t think he could be more explicit than that.

  8. Wayne Hewitt says:

Looks like the typical socialist envy and ‘lanzit’ is taking its toll on the Cuschieri family.

  9. Claude Sciberras says:

Is it possible that brother and sister speak that way in public of their own brother?
