   Ah, so he is a former member of the Police SMU, trained by North Korea, and a Mintoffian from Bormla. What a surprise that he was brought back into the police force. And isn’t that John Charles Ellul in his much younger days, wearing a white lab-suit in the group photo?

   Another messed-up Mintoffian, brother to Sharon Ellul Bonici and to super-creepy Andy Ellul whose girlfriend Claudia has been installed in the Office of the Prime Minister.

   John Charles Ellul last made the news when, in his last few weeks of work with the police force, he flew out to Singapore with Magistrate Consuelo Herrera for a ‘magisterial investigation’.
