According to Muscat on Dissett, the end of the month is now 4th December

Published: November 27, 2014 at 7:34pm

Unless I misheard the prime minister, he’s just announced that the deadline for the new milestone schedule to which we can hold his man Kon-Rat is now 4th December and not tomorrow.

    Silly us for thinking otherwise.

  2. Mim says:

You mean to say that he is moving the deadline to give us a deadline?

Con-rat’s milestones are like the end of the rainbow.

    Is it J Dalli BA’s birthday ?

It needs to be said. What a stronzo.

    Daphne,
I love it. At around 20:00 there seemed to be a DDoS attack, or you had so much traffic on this page that there was a small problem reaching the site, but your CloudFlare kicked in perfectly and I could read all saved pages anyway.
    Brava!

Muscat and Mizzi go by the Chinese lunisolar calendar you see.

  12. La Redoute says:

It’ll be Christmas next, in keeping with Mintoff’s tradition of buggering up zmien il-festi.

  13. Tabatha White says:

Does that mean that he’ll be delivering powerstation Manuel Mallia to the people instead?

In advance of the formal end-of-deadline to his own inquiry.

A standalone responsible and independent verdict?

..and the power station is being built in Europe.

  16. Mim says:

Helena Dalli’s husband has dropped his glove and expects Dr. Simon Busuttil to accept a verbal duel on TV. Are these people for real?

Are they expecting to kick enough dust to confuse the issues?
Does Helena Dalli’s husband realize that his wife should be able to stand on her two feet and accept that if her husband owns a company then she owns it too.

A document referring to the promise of sale was tabled, so what? A private writing dated January 2012, really! So there is not even a notarized promise of sale? Is it open ended as well? Does any of this absolve them of from infringing the enforcement notice? Has the prospective buyer been charged with anything or does playing ping pong with responsibility let everyone go scot free? This gets better and better.

And the PM sees no foul, while Helena Dalli huffs and puffs and storms off. Seems the PM has built himself a house of straw.

    2 December according to TMI:

And there is so much that is wrong with this sentence:

“Dr Muscat added that the new timeline has already been established and that he already knew what it was, but said that he would be letting Dr Mizzi reveal it and not jump the gun. However, he did stress that the project would be delayed by months, and not years.”

‘Prime Minister Joseph Muscat this evening resurrected the idea of holding a referendum on whether a bridge or tunnel should be built between Malta and Gozo.’

The bridge Muscat should build is the one between the Maltese and law and order, the tunnel to fish everyone out of the sewer. The lies are coming so thick and fast that we are getting whiplash.

What he needs to resurrect is common decency, but then he would not know where to begin would he?

Over the past week or so, I have been inundated with Malta budget ads anywhere I go on the Internet.

Why is the government wasting money on a useless advertising campaign?

It’s not as if I can opt out if I think the budget is bad. Surely the money can be spent on something more constructive.

  33. Xinxilli says:

This skunk also said he won’t discuss the vote of no confidence in Don Faberge Egg before he’s got the result of the three-retired-judge inquiry. What a skunk. So how come he wanted the Opposition to vote on the China-Enemalta deal and on the new gas power station without presenting any of the contracts in parliament?
